Fed緊急降息2碼

3/3 FED宣布緊急降息兩碼至1%~1.25%，以因應武漢疫情造成的經濟衝擊。儘管降息可以降低資金借貸成本，對市場來說是個利多消息，但緊急降息也同時造成投資人對於未來經濟的悲觀情緒，使美股仍持續下跌。

此外，即使美國近日公布的二月經濟數據亮眼，但美股表現仍未好轉。除了貨幣政策之外，美國應推出例如減稅或其他財政政策以刺激經濟。

市場預期FED將持續降息

美國10年期公債殖利率持續下降至0.7%，市場預期FED三月中FOMC會議降息三碼的機率提升為65%，且未來可能持續降息至0%。
